Refund policy
NNDYVE has a 7-day return policy. This means that you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at garden@nndyve.com and provide your name and order number in the e-mail.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at garden@nndyve.com.
NNDYVE is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If your package is lost or stolen, we will assist you in locating your package as best we can. Please note that we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.
